How It Works:
1. Apply Online: Fill out the form on our trade-in page and remember to upload a photo of the serial number plate of your current printer.

2. Receive Your Quote: Wait for official communication from your local SATO sales representative with your final discounted quote.
3. Place Your Order: Finalize and place your order within 1 month of receiving your quote to secure your savings

Terms & Conditions

1. Campaign duration: 1 year until 29/09/2027.

2. Campaign purchase scope: Any CL-SXR Models are included.  

3. Eligible trade-in devices: All competitor label printers.

4. SATO printer models are not valid.  

5. Partner eligibility: Registered NEXTGEN Partners only. Non-Registered Partners must complete registration first.

6. Evidence and uploads: Serial number photo required for every traded-in printer. There is no limit on eligible trade-ins.  

7. Offer restrictions: Cannot be combined with any other offers, promotions or special pricing.  

8. Disposal: SATO excludes trade-in disposal; please recycle responsibly.  

9. Order window: After validation and Price Exception (PE) approval, partner has up to one month to place the order.
