Alessandro’s professional journey is nothing short of inspiring. Trained as an electronic technician, he developed a deep technical foundation before transitioning into leadership roles. Since 1991, Alessandro has mastered the art of managing commercial networks in a time when omnichannel strategies and digital transformation were reshaping the retail landscape.
His expertise spans commercial planning, sales network management, and budgeting—all complemented by his sharp negotiation and relationship management skills. Over the years, he has navigated a variety of roles, from technician to senior sales manager, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the industry from multiple angles.
Alessandro’s ability to adapt and innovate ensures that he will play a pivotal role in advancing BlueStar Italy’s goals. Reporting directly to Laurent Berger, he is eager to lead with strategy, purpose, and a touch of Italian charm.
When Alessandro isn’t busy managing a commercial network or negotiating deals, he’s deeply connected to his passions. Whether it’s cycling through nature, cheering on Inter Milan and Virtus Bologna, or exploring the latest tech trends, Alessandro brings the same energy and curiosity to his personal life as he does to his professional endeavors.
