Back-end rebate for the sale of select Zebra products to qualifying end users.
Take advantage of financial rewards when you close deals with new Zebra customers, or customers who haven’t purchased Zebra products recently.
With the Customer Acquisition Promotion, resellers purchasing via Zebra Authorized Distributors may receive a back-end rebate for sales of select Tablets, Mobile Computers, Printers and Scanners to qualifying End Users.
For the purposes of this Promotion, a Qualifying End User is defined as follows:
- A Tablet New End User is an End User who has not purchased any Zebra Tablets since March 2023.
- A MC94x New End User is an End User who has not purchased any Zebra MC93 devices since March 2023 If an End User has purchased any MC90x,
- MC91x or MC92x device regardless of purchase date, they will be considered a New End User.
- A SP720x New End User is an End User who has not purchased any DS770x devices since March 2023.
- A New DS360x and DS367x End User is an End-User who has not purchased any DS360x or DS367x devices since March 2023.
- A New Tabletop End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZE511, ZE521, ZT111, ZT510, ZT610, ZT620 devices since March 2023.
- A New DS22xx or DS227x End User is an End User who has not purchased any DS220x or DS227x devices since March 2023.
- A New TC53e End User is an End User who has not purchased any TC53 or TC53e since March 2023. However, end-users who bought TC7X, regardless of the purchase date will not be considered as a TC53e new-end user.
- A New TC58e End User is an End User who has not purchased any TC58 or TC58e since March 2023. However, end-users who bought TC7X, regardless of the purchase date will not be considered as a TC58e new-end user.
- A New TC501 End User is an End User who has not purchased any TC53, TC58, TC53e, TC58e or TC501 since March 2023. However, end-users who bought TC7X, regardless of the purchase date will not be considered as a TC501 new-end user.
- A New TC22 End User is an End User who has not purchased any TC22 devices since May 2023. If an end user has purchased any TC20 or TC21 devices, regardless of the purchase date, they will still be considered a new end user. However, end-users who bought TC5X, regardless of the purchase date will not be considered as a TC22 new-end user.
- A New TC27 End User is an End User who has not purchased any TC27 devices since May 2023. If an end user has purchased any TC25 or TC26 devices, regardless of the purchase date, they will still be considered a new end user. However, end-users who bought TC5X, regardless of the purchase date will not be considered as a TC27 new-end user.
- A New HC50 series or HC55 series End User is an End User who has not purchased any HC50 or HC55 devices since November 2023. If an end user has purchased any TC21-HC, TC26-HC, TC52-HC, TC52x-HC, TC52ax-HC, devices regardless of the purchase date, they will still be considered a new end user.
- A new MC34xx series End User is an End User who has not purchased any MC33 series since March 2023 or who has not previously purchased any MC34xx series.
- A New ZD621 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD621 since March 2023.
- A New ZD611 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD611 since March 2023.
- A New ZD421 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD421 since March 2023.
- A New ZD411 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD411 since March 2023.
- A New ZD230 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD230 since March 2023.
- A New ZD220 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD220 since March 2023.
- A New ZD510 End User is an End User who has not purchased any ZD510 since March 2023.
Eligible Products
End User Customer Qualification
You must submit End User details via a “Rebate Registration Form”(click here) before the hardware is shipped. Zebra will review their customer data to determine if the End User meets the New End User criteria.
Qualification Confirmation
Zebra will respond to you via e-mail within five business days of receipt of the form on whether the End User meets the criteria.
Rebate Calculation
The Rebate amount will be calculated by Zebra, in its sole and absolute discretion for all shipments within the Promotion Period. (Note: The last ship date is 31 December 2026.)
Minimum Order Quantities
The minimum product quantity for an order to be eligible for the Rebate is set at 10 units per end-user submission
Important: For the Rebate to be calculated accurately you must provide the same End User name to your BlueStar representative as provided on the Rebate Registration Form so that the names match
