Who Can Participate?

New Resellers or Resellers with €5,000 or less in purchases during H2 2023 will start with a minimum target of €5,000 (€10,000 for Platinum & Gold).

Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: This exclusive promotion is open to all existing Honeywell & BlueStar partners in EUROPE. To participate, partners must be in good standing and have a valid business relationship with BlueStar Europe.
Customers Split: To ensure a fair distribution of the rewards, resellers will be split in 2 groups depending of their Honeywell PPP Status: 40% GROUP A (Platinum & Gold) and 60% GROUP B (Silver & Non PP)
Promotion Period: The promotion will run from 1st July 2024 to 31st December 2024 (H2 2024). All purchases made during this period will be considered for reward qualification.
Qualifying Products & Services: All purchases of Honeywell hardware, software, and services made through BlueStar Europe are eligible for this promotion.
Positive Growth Requirement: A positive growth in revenue is required for a reseller to qualify for the rewards.
Starting Point: Partners with no purchase history or less than €5,000 in purchases in H2 2023 will start with a minimum purchase value of €5,000 for the H2 2024 performance calculation (€10,000 for Platinum & Gold)
Reward Limit: Each partner reaching their target is entitled to claim a maximum of one reward even if they have several Accounts at BlueStar.
Top achievers definition: the top achievers will be the reseller with the highest score on top of the Leaderboard! (The score will be determined by multiplying the Growth in euro (€) versus the growth in percentage (%) during the comparison of two periods: July 01 to December 31 of 2023 & 2024.
Top Achievers Rewards: 5 partners from Group A & 7 Partners from Group 2 will be considered top achievers and will be able to claim three rewards.
Reward Redemption: Partners who qualify for a reward will be notified by Honeywell & BlueStar via the provided contact information. Instructions for redeeming the reward will be communicated accordingly.
Deadlines: All reward claims must be made within 30 days after the end of the promotion period (31st December 2024).
Exclusion from Incentive: BlueStar reserves the right to exclude a partner and/or a deal from participating in the incentive.
Non-Exchangeable Reward: The reward cannot be exchanged for any other prize of similar value.
Decision Finality: All decisions made by Honeywell & BlueStar regarding reward qualifications and disqualifications will be final and binding.
Changes to Promotion: Honeywell & BlueStar reserve the right to modify or terminate this promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Compliance: By participating in this promotion, partners agree to comply with all the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
