Back in the early days, before BlueStar was even BlueStar in France, Isabelle was introduced to the company through a colleague, Isabelle Duclos, who needed someone to temporarily step in for a team member on maternity leave. Having recently trained in private accounting, Isabelle saw this as a perfect opportunity to apply her new skills and gain more experience. Before joining the corporate world, she had worked in a luxury hotel—a far cry from the numbers and figures she deals with today.

As a collector for the French market, Isabelle plays a vital role in managing collections for customers across the country. But she’s not one to shy away from a challenge—whenever a team member from another country is out, she’s always ready to step in and help.

“It keeps things interesting,” she says with a smile. “There are so many different tasks that we don’t even see the time pass.”
