Five years ago, Tiantian came across BlueStar on LinkedIn. With experience in logistics and supply chain management within the Netherlands, she was eager to take her career to the next level—one that would allow her to navigate the complexities of international trade. Seeing a well-planned shipment reach its destination on time gives me a real sense of accomplishment.”
Among her many achievements, one moment stands out: successfully managing a high-priority export shipment under extreme time constraints. Unexpected transportation and documentation issues threatened to delay the order, but Tiantian jumped into action. Through quick coordination, troubleshooting, and teamwork, the shipment reached its destination right on time.
“That experience reinforced how critical collaboration and efficiency are in our industry. It was a proud moment not just for me, but for the entire team.”
Tiantian’s contributions go beyond logistics—her proactive approach helps keep BlueStar’s operations running smoothly. She pre-plans shipments, estimates freight costs, ensures proper documentation, and troubleshoots transportation issues to minimize delays.
As BlueStar expands, she’s excited to optimize logistics processes further, improve cost efficiency, and explore innovative solutions for streamlined exports. “When I joined, we had one warehouse, and most shipments were within the EU. Now, we’ve expanded, increased our shipment volume dramatically, and incorporated high-tech solutions to improve operations. It’s been incredible to see that growth firsthand.”
