Hardware personalisation, Does your Touch Screen terminal need your O/S image added to it / Pre-Cabling / Pre-labelling, do you require any product changes before shipping. Our VAS (Value Added Services) team are waiting to re-configure your order just how you like. Do you require extra documentation to be added? (Fitting instructions, Marketing Sheets.?)
Branding,the delivery note from BlueStar will have no BlueStar Ref at all, we will add your Logo FREE OF CHARGE. We are close to finalising Branded boxes as a standard offering. If you want the boxed items in a certain pattern just let us know.
Delivery,Standard or express being widely used and the availability to deliver to most UK/EU destinations from your single account means you can trade easily across EMEA. Tracking details supplied on e-mail. Every product that is not a consumable will have its own serial number recorded if you need it for invoicing or warranty.
Reverse Logistics,if you need to offer a 30 day Money back guarantee then talk to us. This service is available for all unopened items and we have a solution for anything that has been used or opened.
