With our in-house technical department we can offer unique value-added service solutions that provide partners with new opportunities and help them differentiate from competitors. BlueStar will always ensure that we provide partners with the tools to fulfil the requirements for projects of any scope.

Even before installation takes place, BlueStar offer site surveys to make sure the whole process runs smoothly. For example, for digital signage, RFID and wireless networks, BlueStar will send a field engineer to use the latest VisiWave and AirMagnet technology to ensure that an optimised wireless network is delivered.

At every step, BlueStar Services allows partners to benefit from our knowledge to increase sales. Software installation, hardware configuration, kitting, custom packaging and labelling plus shipping to any domestic or international destination are some of the services BlueStar can offer.

Installation includes POS terminals, cash drawers, scanners, and printers as well as cable drops, wireless networks, digital signage and security cameras. 

When it comes to hardware configuration, BlueStar is able to assist with a huge range of devices, from mobile computers, scanners, printers, POS terminals and even magstripe readers.

Further custom support includes kitting, staging, asset tagging and tracking plus custom label and packaging options. 

BlueStar also offers a full managed service option, available in three levels.

Managed service

BlueStar Managed Services are packaged, managed services that resellers can offer their customers to monitor and manage mobile devices across their network. Based on a competitive price per device per month, BlueStar Managed Services makes it affordable for even the smallest of businesses to benefit from a managed service.

The service will allow businesses of all sizes to identify under-utilised and out of contact devices, detect mobile devices and printers with battery issues and manage service contract renewals so that device disruption is minimised while user adoption is improved.

There are three levels of service to choose from, all designed to support the most common mobile requirements in addition to a fully bespoke option:

Monitor – Reports-based insight

Manage – Enhanced reports to include connectivity, printer odometer plus MDM to deliver OS and firmware updates

Bespoke – custom set up.

Selling services enables partners to differentiate their business from other resellers whilst delivering a valuable additional revenue stream. It will also deliver real value to end users helping them to ensure they are getting the most from their investment in enterprise mobility.
